The photo was taken at the corner of Broadway and Bryn Mawr in Chicago, Illinois (Edgewater). He calls himself "The Man of Many Faces, The Screaming Wildman, Carl Bonafede".
I used ACDSee Ultimate 9.1 to crop slightly, adjust lighting, and boost contrast, vibrance and saturation.
