Well, nobody lives here right now, but don't expect the wrecking ball to show up anytime soon. This vacancy along Frat House Row is listed for about $1.4 million. Built in 1916, the old-fashioned way, it has lots or room to move about and probably some pretty spectacular woodwork. All you need is a big pile of cash and a willingness to put up with noisy neighbors during the academic year.
