There was a new installation going up a few nights ago, and it should be up by now. Going southbound on Michigan, just before you cross the river, there will be a plaza on your left. I'm sure you know the place, it's to your back when you go up to that glass booth and watch the people do their radio talk shows.
It's hardly out of the way, and it's something different to photograph.
